My Client is a national house builder with a strong reputation and has 5-star status.
The Land Director for the Suffolk region is searching for a Strategic Land Buyer or Strategic Land Manager to identify new strategic sites in Suffolk and Norfolk - working between the Suffolk and Norfolk regions. Some travel will be required between the two offices. You can work from home one day per week.
This role would suit an experienced RTPI Planner who is interested in taking a change of direction and working in a Land Buying role. The position is heavily reliant on Planning experience.
The salary is negotiable from £50K to £65K depending on experience, with a car or allowance, healthcare, contributory pension, life cover, 25 days holiday, and a generous 12% bonus.
