1. Site identification and appraisals
2. Land acquisition negotiations

8. EIA screening and scoping advice

The Role

As a Strategic Land Buyer, you will:

1. Identify and assess land opportunities for development.
2. Negotiate land acquisitions and option agreements.
3. Conduct market research to support land purchasing strategies.
4. Work closely with landowners, agents, and stakeholders.
5. Support the planning team with site promotion and planning applications.
6. Stay informed on planning policy and development trends.
