What is the role?
We are looking to recruit a Strategic Land Buyer / Manager to join the Land Teams in our Suffolk and Anglia Regions covering the East Anglia patch. This role reports to the Land Department.
The purpose of the role is to identify and assess strategic unconsented land opportunities against company criteria and assist in the planning, technical and financial appraisal of sites. Develop a knowledge of local housing markets, competitor activities and the regional planning context to support the land team in delivering a sustained land supply for the regional business.
