What You’ll Do

During your placement, you’ll:

• Learn about strategic land identification, technical assessments, and financial valuation of land.

• Experience other areas of the business to build a strong commercial foundation and broaden your knowledge of the housebuilding industry.
• Work on meaningful projects and tasks that will shape Taylor Wimpey’s future.

What We’re Looking For

To join our programme, you’ll need to be:

• Studying for a degree with RICS or RTPI accreditation (specialising in planning or surveying).
• Able to travel independently to meetings, sites, and client visits.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and passionate about the housebuilding industry.
