Job summary

Arrow Global Group is seeking a KYC Associate to join the Governance & Risk team in London. The role leads day-to-day delivery of the AML/KYC framework, owning due diligence for new and existing relationships and providing guidance to Analysts.

You will handle complex reviews, support monitoring, and contribute to ongoing policy improvements, controls, and the adoption of AI tools to drive efficiency and accuracy in risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in KYC/AML or financial crime compliance.
• Strong knowledge of AMLD, FATF and sanctions requirements.
• Experience analyzing ownership structures and UBOs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of inbound due diligence reviews for new and existing relationships.
• Conduct AML/KYC risk assessments and document findings.
• Perform sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening and escalate as needed.
• Support ongoing monitoring, EDRs and portfolio UBO analysis.
• Provide mentoring and quality checks for junior Analysts.
• Contribute to policy development and use of AI tools to improve processes.
