Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Corporate IS and Manufacturing Operations. You will shepherd end-to-end information-system projects from scope through implementation, balancing budgets, resources, and timelines.

With 5–7 years of delivery experience and a strong governance background, you will influence stakeholders, manage risks, and enable scalable project governance across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience leading cross-functional IT or operational projects.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance tools.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with a proven leadership record.
• Independent, organized, and proactive with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology initiatives across IT and operations from concept to launch.
• Develop and refine standardized project governance, templates, and tools.
• Create integrated project plans including budgets, resources, schedules, tests and milestones.
• Drive change management and risk mitigation to keep projects on track.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners for alignment.
