Qualifications

• Ten years+ of IT leadership experience in a senior role.
• Experience in GMP or highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Set IT strategy and objectives with CFO and operations leaders.
• Lead a 15-person IT team and develop staff.
• Deliver IT services to internal and external customers.
• Ensure data and systems security while enabling collaboration.
• Manage IT services within approved budget.
