• Experience in IT Director or equivalent senior leadership.
• Strong ERP strategy and NetSuite implementation experience.
• Proven track record in technology-led transformation and M&A due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall IT and technology strategy.
• Own the ERP roadmap following NetSuite implementation.
• Support future mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
• Lead technology-enabled business transformation across the organisation.
• Develop data, reporting, automation and emerging tech to improve performance.
• Strengthen cyber security, governance, resilience and risk management.
• Oversee key technology suppliers and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align tech with business goals.
• Support growth of the internal technology team.
