Job summary

Boots is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a multi-discipline IT delivery team in a hybrid working environment. You will coordinate Project Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a portfolio of IT projects on schedule and to budget, while upholding governance and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term resource planning with Business Relationship Managers.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of projects within timescales, cost, and quality.
• Manage day-to-day resources to deliver approved work.
• Proactively manage RAID at portfolio level.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to understand priorities.
• Ensure compliance with delivery methodologies and processes.
• Validate and approve estimates to ensure value for money.
• Coach and develop project teams to improve ways of working.
