Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager to lead strategic inventory planning for multiple clients, optimise service levels and working capital, and drive commercial value.

You will develop inventory strategies, govern policies, manage a high-performing team, and partner with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable cost savings, productivity gains and improved forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in inventory management, forecasting and materials requirements planning.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to turn opportunities into financial benefits.
• Leadership experience managing inventory planning across complex multi-client environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Inventory Planning ensuring decisions support client and TVS objectives.
• Deliver working capital reduction, cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Govern inventory policies and planning strategies balancing demand, service and cost.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute inventory strategies.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and transformation within Inventory Planning.
