You will collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders across faculties to craft messaging, manage content across channels, and drive brand advocacy through insightful, evidence‑based communications.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and delivery of internal communications campaigns aligned with University objectives.
• Stakeholder management to translate objectives into measurable campaigns across channels.
• Lead on employee engagement messaging and content across channels to boost engagement and brand advocacy.
• Create, edit and distribute high‑quality internal communications materials with consistent tone and brand.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of activities and use insights to improve future campaigns.
