Qualifications

• ACA-qualified accountant with experience in housebuilding or construction.
• Hands-on exposure to COINS.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of month-end and year-end close processes.
• Preparation of group consolidations and reporting packs.
• Strengthening financial controls across the group.
• Oversight of statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors.
• Managing, mentoring and developing a finance team.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of COINS

Solid technical accounting background (UK GAAP / IFRS)

Experience in group reporting and consolidations

Confident communicator
