• Lead the financial management of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) funding within the Education & Inclusion Directorate.
• Provide strategic financial advice, business partnering, financial planning, forecasting and performance management to support sustainable, high-quality education services.
• Contribute to financial governance, service transformation and statutory reporting for High Needs Block funding.
