Qualifications

• Insurance relations experience, preferably with car or home lines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience working for an insurer or broker.
• Knowledge of digital distribution models.

Responsibilities

• Engage with insurers on a continuous basis to advance key initiatives and operational actions for John Lewis and partner organisations.
• Manage internal stakeholders and oversee action tracking to ensure accountability and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for insurer meetings, strategic reviews, and executive reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive records of commercial agreements, performance metrics, and key contacts.
• Escalate operational risks and strategic concerns to the Head of Insurer Relations and Commercial Lead as appropriate.
• Support the preparation of management reports, including data analysis and insights.
• Establish and sustain professional relationships, providing rigorous stakeholder management across leadership teams.
