We are seeking a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant to help design and execute complex analyses, lead client engagements, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative, hybrid working environment in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• MBA with bachelor's degree; graduate degree often preferred with strong academic record.
• Up to 3 years post-MBA and 3–5 years pre-MBA work experience.
• High motivation, initiative and ability to lead teams.
• Strong oral and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and client-first mindset.
• Intense work ethic and collaborative problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope with project leadership and plan approach.
• Lead task execution, manage data, and coordinate meetings.
• Analyze issues, develop hypotheses, and test them with analyses.
• Synthesize findings and communicate results to clients and teams.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to business development.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
