A local law enforcement agency in Guildford is seeking a BI Developer/Data Scientist to lead advancements in predictive data modelling. This role involves collaborating with various departments to provide data-informed insights, making a real difference in community safety. Working Hours - 36.0 Hours per Week
Location - Surrey Police Headquarters, Guildford
The starting salary for this role will usually be at the bottom of the salary range and will be pro-rata if the working hours are less than full time.

In this role you will be at the forefront of advancing analytical techniques in predictive data modelling, data science and machine learning, to provide insights from complex data holdings to enable data informed decision making at all levels and departments of the organisation. You will lead a small team of specialists and work alongside professionals in data engineering, pipelines, flows and visualisation. You will have a close working relationship with force leads in Performance and Research which are vital aspects of the department.
