Job summary

Metis Search are partnering with an elite boutique Investment bank to add multiple individuals into their Industrials & stand-alone Services team at Senior Analyst to Associate 3 level. This is an opportunity to join a leading boutique, advising on buy-side and sell-side M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2.5 to 6 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Credible end-to-end M&A experience is essential.
• Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the Industrials sector, developing investment cases and financial analyses.
• Prepare financial models and valuations, including DCF, LBO, and comparable approaches.
• Producing high-quality client presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials
• Develop relationships with management teams, advisers, and investors to support origination efforts.
• Working closely with senior bankers on strategic advisory and transaction execution, taking an active role in structuring, negotiating and executing.
• Managing workstreams and working collaboratively with all team members.
