Join a rapidly expanding, high-performing procurement team within a prestigious £multi-billion blue-chip organisation supporting diverse, high-growth industries. Take ownership of strategic sourcing across Indirect Procurement and Soft Facilities Management categories such as waste management, cleaning, security, catering & vending, delivering impact at scale.

You'll join a commercially driven indirect procurement team in a respected organisation known for its scale and market influence. The role offers autonomy, responsibility, and career development opportunities, with a strong bonus scheme reflecting individual and team success. The position features flexible working arrangements across multiple locations in London, Surrey, or Berkshire.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead full lifecycle sourcing projects across Indirect Procurement and Soft FM categories, managing tender processes and negotiating with senior stakeholders including MD-level suppliers.
2. Build and nurture relationships with internal leaders and external partners to deliver commercial value and drive service excellence.
3. Coach and develop one direct report (self-sufficient Buyer), supporting their growth and team success.
4. Apply sharp commercial acumen and data-driven insights to navigate market complexities, manage risks, and refine sourcing strategies.
5. Collaborate across a matrixed, fast-moving organisation, influencing decision-makers and aligning sourcing with wider business objectives.
6. Drive sustainability, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation initiatives within procurement priorities.

Required Experience:

1. A procurement professional with 3+ years of experience, ideally in indirect procurement or soft FM categories.
2. Competitive, confident, and personable, with strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and the capacity to engage with senior stakeholders.
3. Proven ability to manage complex projects independently with high organisation and stakeholder engagement.
4. Experience in service-led or facilities-focused environments is highly desirable.
