McLaren Automotive Ltd is recruiting an Indirect Category Lead based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will manage procurement for key development projects, driving value, governance, and risk mitigation across Construction, Facilities Management, Capex, and Professional services.

You will own category strategies, lead complex sourcing activities, and mentor the team while engaging stakeholders up to C-suite levels to deliver strategic outcomes for the business.

Formación

• Strong understanding of UK and Global markets.
• Excellent negotiation skills with proven track record.
• Structured and detail-driven analytical approach.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.

Responsabilidades

• Identify commercial opportunities and develop sourcing strategies across the Indirect category portfolio.
• Deliver sourcing approaches that create value, savings, supply resilience and risk mitigation.
• Apply contractual expertise to implement protections and performance measures.
• Collaborate with internal service owners to support demand management and supplier performance.
