Job summary

Atos is seeking a Business Incident Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of incidents impacting the NS&I B2B account. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and drive service recovery with a focus on RCA and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in incident management within a complex operational or service delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Experience producing RCA documentation and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management from identification to resolution and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore service quickly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and timely updates to internal teams, senior leadership, and client representatives.
• Drive root cause analysis and actions to prevent recurrence.
• Produce regular incident reporting, KPIs, and trend analysis for governance.
