Job summary

Sellick Partnership in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Group Director of ICT & Digital Transformation to lead technology-enabled change across the organisation. You will set the technology strategy, oversee key programmes and partner with the Executive Team and Boards to deliver sustainable outcomes.

The role requires leading enterprise-wide ICT services, managing budgets and driving innovation with a focus on customer impact and community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading ICT services and technology-enabled transformation.
• Expertise in technology strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of cyber security, resilience, data governance and risk.
• Experience managing large budgets, investment decisions and supplier relationships.
• Ability to influence at executive/Board level and build cross-organisational relationships.
• Inclusive leadership with focus on developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across ICT, digital capability, technology-enabled change and innovation.
• Shape technology vision with the Executive Team, Boards and stakeholders to support priorities and sustainability.

• Lead core systems renewal and establish robust enterprise architecture.
• Drive digital innovation, AI and automation to improve services and outcomes.
• Oversee technology investment, budgets, procurement and supplier relationships.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing ICT and Digital Transformation function.
• Ensure technology enhances customer outcomes and community impact.
