Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in local government finance or housing sector preferred.
• Knowledge of HRA budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with finance and non-finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on HRA budget monitoring, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Support long-term financial planning including maintenance of the HRA Business Plan and modelling.
• Provide financial advice and challenge to Housing and operational services.
