Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of enterprise‑wide risk management frameworks especially within HR and people risk contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance including GDPR, Conduct Risk and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience with HR governance structures and integrating data governance and privacy controls.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and ownership of the Group HR risk and control framework.
  • Managing the Operational Controls Committee and escalating material risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with Group policies and embedding best practices.
