Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced HR Employee Partner to support designated functions in delivering people strategy and achieving business objectives in a hybrid, part-time role (24 hours/week) based in Harlow, Essex.

You'll partner with leaders, use workforce data to shape people plans, manage change, and foster an inclusive culture while ensuring high-quality HR support across the client group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR Partner, Senior Advisor or HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven track record partnering with business leaders to deliver people strategies.
• Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use workforce data and insights to inform decision making.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to develop and deliver people plans.
• Provide commercially focused guidance on workforce, organisational and people matters.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making to support business performance.
• Use workforce data and insights to identify risks, opportunities and actions.
• Lead workforce planning activities to address current and future capability needs.
• Support organisational design, restructures and transformation initiatives.
• Coach leaders through change and support the implementation of people programmes.
• Drive talent, succession and development planning to build future capability.
