Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Freight Forwarding business across North Europe. You will work closely with senior leaders, translating business strategy into people initiatives and driving performance, talent development and workforce planning across multiple countries.

You will balance strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, lead change programmes, and ensure compliant, high-integrity HR practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant HRBP experience within logistics, freight forwarding, or similarly operational environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior operational and commercial leaders.
• Experience across multiple countries or in a matrix/global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal HR Business Partner to VP, Freight Forwarding - North Europe.
• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business plans and commercial objectives.
• Translate priorities into practical people initiatives to support performance and growth.
• Provide data-driven insights to support senior leadership decisions.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning and capability development.

Education

CIPD qualified or equivalent professional HR qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
