Job summary

Talentmark are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry on a contract basis until the end of 2026. This role is hybrid with 1 day per week on site in Motherwell.

Salary: £210.77 per day PAYE. The role will deliver people strategies, support a HR team, and drive improvement across the HR function while guiding employees and management in assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree or HR qualification.
• Working experience in an HR generalist position.
• Extensive knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Coaching and counseling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver people strategies that directly enable business performance.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of an HR team in their day-to-day operational roles.
• Support the continuous improvement of the HR function.
• With limited guidance, provide HR support to employees and management across assigned service areas, business units, or departments.
• Provide expertise, support and advice to assigned management teams.
