• Experience as HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
• Exposure to creative or production agency environments.
• Proficiency in handling data, insights, and translating them into actions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with client groups and internal stakeholders, aligned with Global Production objectives.
• Data-Driven: Oversee collection and analysis of people metrics; develop dashboards and actionable insights.
• Learning & Development: Collaborate on L&D strategies, promoting growth and career development.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance on ER, restructures, TUPE, and compliance with policies.
• HR Projects: Lead initiatives like Early Careers, DEI, and Talent Mapping.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion: Drive DEI metrics and reporting.
• Talent Acquisition: Support forecasting and collaboration with internal TA team.
• Operations: Support approvals, promotions, and day-to-day team activities.
