Job summary

ABL Recruitment seeks an experienced HR Manager in Milton Keynes to lead a broad HR function in a hands-on role reporting to senior leadership. This permanent, office-based position covers employee relations, recruitment, performance, development and wellbeing, with scope to improve processes and shape the employee experience.

You will oversee HR policies, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and partner with managers on workforce planning and engagement to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of people management and HR processes.
• Experience handling employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability).
• Ability to develop and maintain HR policies in line with legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR advice and guidance across a broad range of people matters.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures.
