Qualifications

• Substantial experience of providing professional HR advice within a complex organisation.
• Confident in managing sensitive and complex employee relations casework.
• Experience supporting organisational change, restructures or workforce transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, professional HR support to managers across the Council.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, Trade Unions and stakeholders to manage workforce challenges and deliver change.
• Contribute to strategic workforce solutions that benefit services and communities.
