  2. Provide expert HR advice on complex change programmes, including TUPE and service redesign

  5. Champion inclusive, compassionate leadership and embed the Being Humber values
  6. Collaborate across the Trust to support organisational development and transformation
  7. Ensure workforce risks are identified and mitigated effectively
  8. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
