Responsibilities

• Engage with partners to discuss development programmes and steer these in line with housing requirements of residents and Sefton.
• Monitor housing delivery with planning colleagues and manage future pipeline of development sites.
• Collaborate with Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Homes England, Registered Providers and other Local Authorities to promote and progress housing development projects.
• Work as part of a team of officers to support delivery of housing growth priorities across models.
