Novotel London West is seeking a Sales Manager to help craft a strategic sales plan focused on room hire, F&B and bedroom targets. You will foster a sales culture by setting monthly targets and managing a portfolio of local corporate accounts.

The role requires experience with European markets, strong relationships with extranet providers, and proficiency in MS Office. Driving licence and hotel operations knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a corporate client portfolio.
• Proven ability to develop new business in a European hotel market.
• Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience of Delphi is essential; knowledge of Opera/OnQ desirable.
