Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking a senior manager to lead the Care Group, driving strategic and operational performance across multiple teams and prisons within the Trust's remit. You will develop and implement SOPs and oversee service delivery against the Business Plan.

The role requires collaboration with senior clinical and managerial colleagues, deputising for the Head of Service when required, and leading quality improvement initiatives, training and research to

Qualifications

• Registered with UK professional regulatory body in health or social care.
• Postgraduate qualification in healthcare discipline.
• Leadership/management qualification in health or social care (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across NLFT care groups and prisons as required.
• Ensure contract performance, stakeholder management, and safe healthcare delivery under subcontract with PPG.
• Collaborate with senior managers and clinical leaders and deputise for Head of Service.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, training and research.
• Support delivery of local and national priorities from the Trust's Business Plan and Clinical Strategy.
