Company Shop Group in the UK is seeking a Divisional Head of Health & Safety to lead safety strategy across the division. You will partner with senior leaders to embed robust risk management and safe operations.

Reporting to the Divisional MD and Group Director of Health & Safety, you’ll develop a high-performing H&S function, coach leaders, and ensure compliance with UK legislation while balancing commercial priorities. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Graduate IOSH membership.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice.

• Advise the Divisional MD and leadership team on H&S strategy and risk.
• Build H&S capability across operational leadership teams.
• Coach and challenge leaders to improve risk management and safety performance.
