Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall testing and QA strategy.
• Lead and develop testing teams across multiple programmes.
• Establish test governance, quality standards, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, and automation testing.
• Drive test automation, CI/CD adoption, DevOps and continuous testing practices.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, vendors, and executive reporting.
• Ensure release readiness, risk management and quality across deliveries.
