• Lead payroll, recruitment and employee lifecycle services with accountability for performance and governance.
• Drive modernisation of systems, improve recruitment pace/quality and manage key supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, responsive and customer-focused services for the Council.
