Job summary

You will oversee 24x7 security operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while shaping a security culture across the organisation.

Role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication with C-suite, and ability to balance vendor management with strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior security leader with experience aligning security with business strategy.
• Experience with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and NIST compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate threats into actionable insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a defence in depth security strategy.
• Oversee 24x7x365 security operations and incident response.
• Maintain risk management framework and regulatory compliance.
• Governance: update policies, conduct audits of processes and controls.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, pen tests, and code reviews; guide secure design.
• Manage security vendors and budgets to enable continuous improvement.
