Travelodge is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support hotels and regional teams across the UK, promoting risk management and compliance with policy, legislation and standards.

You will audit, investigate incidents (RIDDOR where required) and deliver health & safety training, while supporting new openings and reporting findings to leadership.

Strong influencing, communication, organisation, and ability to travel with a full licence are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience advising Hotel Managers and regional leaders on health & safety.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations and safety training.
• Proficiency in RIDDOR reporting and safety compliance.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel.
• Ability to produce clear reports and share best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support hotels region, advise on health & safety matters and compliance.
• Deliver health & safety, fire safety and food safety training.
• Conduct audits, investigations and safety visits; liaise with enforcement authorities.
• Assist with new hotel openings and safety action plans.
