Investigo is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Head of Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting and business partnering for a university. You will report to the CFO, shape financial strategy and provide expert advice to executive and governance forums.

Leading a finance business partnering function, you will develop sophisticated models, drive performance insights and robust planning across the organisation. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience leading FP&A, management reporting or business partnering in a complex organisation.
• Strong strategic finance and commercial insight with board-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial planning and performance management.
• Oversee high-quality management information, financial analysis and reporting.
