• Significant PPP/PFI, healthcare or complex FM contract experience.
• Strong grasp of contracts, compliance, pay mechanisms and risk management.
• Experience handling latent defects, unavailability and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all commercial matters.
• Ensure contractual compliance and identify mitigations for commercial risks.
• Manage lifecycle planning, latent defects and unavailability risks.
• Oversee commercial reporting, pay mechanism management and governance.
