Job summary

Mpac Group plc, a global leader in automation and packaging, is seeking a Corporate Development Manager (Interim - 6 month fixed-term) to join the leadership team and work closely with the CEO, CFO and external advisers to drive strategic initiatives and value creation.

You will shape organic and inorganic growth, lead financial modelling, evaluate acquisition opportunities, support debt and equity financing, and oversee post‑acquisition integration across an international business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Corporate Finance or related fields.
• Experience shaping strategic initiatives and growth plans at leadership level.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and deal-structuring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess acquisition, joint venture and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate debt and equity financing activities and investor engagement.
• Lead due diligence processes across multiple workstreams and manage stakeholders.
• Oversee post‑acquisition integration and value realisation initiatives.
