Job summary

International Workplace Group plc is seeking a Growth Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst to work with senior leadership on organic growth, performance analytics and M&A opportunities. You will contribute to investment cases, scenario modelling and capital allocation decisions.

The role offers exposure to the CFO and CIO, with high accountability from day one in a fast-moving, analytics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at Analyst/Associate level with data analytics and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Background in investment banking, equity research, lead advisory, private equity or asset management is desirable.
• Corporate/transaction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver growth strategy and capital allocation priorities with senior management.
• Build operating, valuation and returns models for initiatives and M&A opportunities.
• Coordinate inputs across country teams and finance for project delivery.
