Job summary
Edinburgh Airport is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Retail & Surface Access to lead the Commercial team and expand partnerships across Duty Free, Retail, Food & Beverage, Car Rental, Bus, Tram, Taxis and Coach park.
The role will drive revenue growth, shape opportunities in terminal developments, and manage a contract roadmap of 100+ concessions, reporting to the Commercial leadership. Based at Edinburgh Airport with some travel.
Qualifications
- Background in commercial development, contract management and negotiation.
- Experience engaging with executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Airport, transport, retail or hospitality sector experience is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships and the contract roadmap across 100+ concessions.
- Drive revenue growth across retail, food & beverage, and transport.
- Shape opportunities across terminal developments and passenger infrastructure.
- Lead competitive bid processes and negotiate concession agreements.
