Nicholson Glover is seeking a Consultant for a rapidly growing boutique growth consultancy. You will own workstreams end to end, mentor analysts and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Working alongside an Engagement Manager, you’ll run analyses in SQL and Tableau, contribute to proprietary tools, and help turn insights into practical recommendations for PE-backed client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in strategy, commercial, or analytics.
• Exposure to PE or PE-backed businesses.
• Proven track record of owning significant workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on SQL, Tableau and Excel; Python is a plus.
• Confident presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own key workstreams end to end and lead smaller projects.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and manage client relationships.
• Run analyses in SQL and Tableau and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to the firm’s proprietary tools.
