Job summary

Nicholson Glover is seeking a Senior Consultant or Associate Director for its Growth Studio in London. This hybrid role focuses on owning strategic workstreams, shaping narratives, and applying an in-house AI platform on live briefs for category strategy, brand positioning and innovation.

You will be the trusted day-to-day voice for clients, contribute to proposals, and bring rigor to projects while preserving bold ideas. 3–5 years in brand or strategy consultancy is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in brand or strategy consultancy with a clear point of view
• Comfortable with ambiguity and spreadsheets
• Ability to hold own with senior stakeholders and push for ideas

Responsibilities

• Own strategic workstreams within client projects: build the insight and shape the narrative
• Use the in-house AI platform on live briefs spanning strategy, positioning and innovation
• Become the client’s trusted day-to-day partner, not just the deck name
• Contribute to proposals and pitch thinking alongside senior strategists
• Bring rigour and structure to projects without losing the ideas
