Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a Group procurement and commercial leader to shape a single, high-performing service across the NWUHG. You will unite three Trust teams, establish standardised processes, and deliver strategic savings while maintaining service delivery and patient focus.

This organisation-wide role offers executive sponsorship to transform procurement and supply chain, delivering value through collaboration, standardisation and scale across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent level of knowledge and capability.
• MCIPS membership or equivalent senior procurement standing.
• Senior leadership or management qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group procurement/ commercial strategy aligned with priorities.
• Create a consistent operating model for category management, sourcing, contracts.
• Lead savings programmes while maintaining quality, safety and patient outcomes.
• Improve visibility of third-party expenditure via data, governance and digital processes.
