Standard Life, a retirement specialist, seeks a Practice Business and Governance Manager in our Migrations team. Hybrid role with occasional travel to Telford or Edinburgh; fixed term to December 2027.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience with senior leadership.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting, including Board reports and Steering Committee packs.
• Knowledge of Change Governance; financial knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance reporting and information to External and Internal governance committees and Executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate portfolio delivery and audit readiness across the TTP3 Hub.
• Support audits, events, and reporting improvements; allocate resources to drive delivery.
• Oversee reporting, financials, risk and controls, and communications.
• Lead adhoc resource demand/supply exercises to support changes to delivery plans.
