Job summary

The Civil Aviation Authority is seeking a Corporate Governance Policy and Framework Lead to develop and maintain the organisation's governance framework, policies and assurance approaches. You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure effective governance and ongoing improvement across the CAA.

This permanent, full-time role is based in London with two days per week in the office, and there is no visa sponsorship available. Salary range £41,000–£45,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing, implementing and improving governance frameworks in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading governance policy development and framework design.
• Experience providing governance advice to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and periodic review of the corporate governance framework.
• Develop governance policies, guidance and documentation to promote consistent practices.
• Support governance oversight, assurance and reporting across the organisation.
