Oxford Health is seeking an experienced Governance and Contracting Lead to steer a major national research partnership, overseeing governance and contracting risk while aligning NHS, academic, industry, and funder goals for high-impact mental health research.

You will influence senior stakeholders, shape data sharing and regulatory compliance, and contribute to national policy development within a high-profile collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Higher degree in biomedicine or related discipline.
• Significant experience engaging senior stakeholders across NHS, academia, industry.
• Experience at strategic level with collaborations, funders or partners.
• Strong understanding of NHS regulatory frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a national research partnership with governance oversight.
• Advance contracting processes, data sharing, and data governance.
