TROSTAN DENE LTD is seeking a Buyer to oversee procurement for manufacturing operations. You will plan and coordinate purchases, ensuring cost-effective, quality-aligned, timely deliveries across inventory and services.

You will nurture supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Buyer or Senior Buyer in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to improve procurement processes.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and manage procurement of inventory, non-inventory goods, and services to support operations.
• Ensure purchases are cost-effective, meet quality requirements, and are delivered on time.
• Source and supply products and services, develop supplier relationships, monitor performance.
• Evaluate inventory requirements, set optimum stock and reorder levels, identify cost savings opportunities.
• Raise, track, and expedite purchase orders from creation to delivery.
• Identify areas for improvement within procurement processes and implement changes.
